A motion design experiment exploring Gestalt perception through the visual language of Brutalism. The project uses primitive geometric shapes, movement, and composition to demonstrate how humans naturally group and interpret visual elements.

A key constraint was to work exclusively with basic geometric forms, which led to Brutalist architecture as a natural reference. Defined by raw materials, structural clarity, and minimal, angular geometries, Brutalism emphasizes form over decoration, often through exposed concrete and monochromatic palettes.

Building on this aesthetic, the project develops a visual research process that abstracts Brutalist forms into a system for expressing core principles of visual perception.
